TRAVEL INFORMATION AND UPDATES: COVID-19

We are closely monitoring the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.

OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

The Condado Palm Inn is committed to providing our guests flexibility during these challenging times.

We are implementing the following policies:

  • For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates that are typically more restrictive, we will allow full changes or cancellation without a charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival,* as long as the change or cancellation is made by May 1, 2020. Please note that any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
  • For guests making new reservations for any future arrival date, including reservations with pre-paid rates, between today and May 1, 2020, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival date.* Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider for information on their policies.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS:

The health, welfare and safety of our guests and team members are our priority. During this time, we want to update you on how we are approaching the situation.

Strict sanitizing protocol is being held in every area of the hotel as follows:

Public Areas

  • Use of EPA and FDA approved products to continuously disinfect all high touch areas.
  • All surfaces and areas are continuously cleaned.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers available near high touch areas.
  • Social distancing guidelines followed in all areas including elevators.

Guest Rooms

  • Use of EPA and FDA approved products to continuously disinfect all high touch areas.
  • Team Members use facemask and disposable gloves while cleaning.
  • Every room has an independent air conditioning unit.
  • When servicing room, strict sanitizing protocol is applied.

Business Center

  • All surfaces cleaned.
  • Gloves available by request.

Gym

  • All surfaces and equipment cleaned.
  • Disinfecting wipes will be available.
  • Large towels available for guests to cover surfaces while using exercising equipment.

Pool Area

  • Lounge chair placement to follow distancing protocol.
