Telling you it’s algae won’t stop you from staring open-mouthed as trails of fluorescent green follow your hand in this water. There are only five bioluminescent waters in the world, and three of them are in Puerto Rico. Kids will love the idea of traipsing through the jungle at night and then kayaking out to the bay, where you watch the water glow under the stars.
